Men's Group Counselling & Community Support
Men’s group counselling and peer-led community spaces can be powerful tools for growth, healing, and transformation.
These groups aren’t here to “fix” you—because you’re not broken. Instead, they’re grounded in the belief that every man carries strength, value, and the capacity for change. Whether you’re navigating fatherhood, relationships, emotional stress, or just trying to show up better for yourself and others—you don’t have to do it alone.
In these spaces, real conversations happen. Through shared experiences, listening, and learning practical tools, men begin to see things from new perspectives and gain insights that they may not have reached on their own. The support doesn’t come from being told what to do—it comes from being heard, respected, and encouraged by other men walking their own paths.
Our groups are professionally facilitated, and grounded in respect, confidentiality, and emotional safety. Each man’s voice matters, and every experience is valued.
We offer a variety of group formats to meet different needs and stages of life:
- 24:7 Dad® Group
A structured, evidence-based program designed to support fathers in becoming more involved, responsible, and committed. Whether you’re a new dad or navigating co-parenting, this space equips you with tools for fatherhood, emotional connection, and healthy masculinity. - Chat & Chew Community Group
A relaxed, informal space where men gather over light food to talk openly about life, work, relationships, stress, and anything else on their minds. It’s a chance to connect without pressure—just real talk in real time. - Community Education Forums
These sessions bring men together around key topics—mental health, emotional regulation, healthy relationships, financial wellbeing, and more. Led by trained facilitators, these forums aim to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and build skills for navigating life with confidence and purpose. - Beyond Able Support Program (Coming Soon)
A supportive, non-judgmental space for fathers or male caregivers of special needs or learning differences (physical, developmental, or mental health-related).
No matter the setting, our men’s groups honour who you are while helping you explore who you want to become.
Through work on emotional awareness, self-esteem, communication, and authentic expression, men in our programs grow—not just for themselves, but for their families, communities, and futures.
You’re not alone. There’s strength in showing up—and real power in doing it together.
