About This Event

Join us for a transformative three-day retreat in the serene wilderness, designed specifically for men seeking connection, personal growth, and emotional well-being. This retreat offers a rare opportunity to step away from daily pressures and connect with yourself and other men in an authentic, supportive environment.

Led by experienced male facilitators with backgrounds in psychology and outdoor leadership, this retreat combines evidence-based therapeutic approaches with the healing power of nature. Through guided activities, group discussions, and personal reflection time, you’ll develop tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience and awareness.

What to Expect

  • Guided meditation sessions at sunrise
  • Group sharing circles in a confidential setting
  • Wilderness hikes and outdoor challenges
  • Workshops on emotional intelligence and stress management
  • Evening campfires with storytelling and connection
